Yes, in the flesh! As I step out of the car, I realized we're in front of Camp Yellow already. That's where Toni and the Wazzup team are based. Toni's voice was echoing, so I assumed Drew was with her at the stage. But when I went near the stage, it was only Toni who was hosting the party. A little later, the crowd is getting bigger, yun pala, Drew arrived. Dumami ang girls na nanood! Lots of "Toni-Drew" kilig moments, one is when Drew introduced Toni to the crowd as his "nililigawan and minamahal, MRS. TONI GONZAGA ARELLANO!" :) Oh God, they are so bagay! Sweet nila sobra! :) I saw Toni too, and I can say that she's prettier in person. She's simple, but she carries herself well that makes her stand out from the rest! Now, let me share my top 3 choices for tadjocks/news anchors.. [This has no bias, hehe! ;)] <br /> <br />1. Toni Gonzaga <br /> - My top pick would be Celestine Gonzaga aka Toni! I have seen her in Eat Bulaga and I noticed that she really has the talent in hosting. But what I really like about her is her being spontaneous and naturally funny. She doesn't need to exert any effort to make her audience laugh. Also known as Ms. "<em>Ay Nako</em>", her way of speaking also became her trademark. I think, even her co-hosts in the show imbibed the <em>"Toni way"</em> of speaking. I watch her in her noontime show and I noticed even Joey or Leila sounded like her sometimes. Now that she was given her own segment in Wazzup Wazzup, many people appreciated her singing talent. Being named as the <em>"News Diva"</em>, Toni proved that she can do something more than just hosting. Versatility is one thing I really admire of Toni! She can be a host, a great singer, a dancer, a comedienne and a drama actress (with her crying scene in Love to Love.. trust me, she's good!). I believe, malayo mararating ni Toni! and the industry is in need of more <em>"Toni Gonzaga"</em>.. :) <br /> <br />2. Drew Arellano <br /> - Okay, okay.. I chose him because I really find him cute! Even if he always buckles and forgets his punchline, isang smile lang, okay na! :) Quoting Kris Aquino (during their guesting in Good Morning, Kris), <em>"You will give Ryan Agoncillo a run for his money.."</em> True! Drew doesn't only have the looks but the brains as well. An articulate and sensible guy.. perfect words to decribe our dear "<em>Boy Cute</em>". Plus that killer smile.. it makes girls crazy over him! <br /> <br />3. DJ Mike of The Akafellas <br /> - I admire this guy even if he wasn't a tadjock yet. Ang galing mag-beatbox, 'stig! :) When they launched him as a tadjock, I didn't think that his segment would be of that format. But when I saw him, I was just staring on the TV. That is definitely one of the best segments Wazzup Wazzup has ever made! And only DJ Mike can do that! :) <br /> <br />Eto pahabol! Next to my Top 3 are these 2 tadjocks that also amazes me whever they report! Of course, how could I forget.. our beloved <em>REKLAMADOR</em> Archie! The way he imitates Mike Enriquez, gawd! So funny! And he always looks like he's mad! Ahahaha! :) and one of the best impersonators I've seen (and a celebrity PExer too), Jaja aka Kikiam! She really sounds like Miriam Defensor! I've been trying to imitate the way she says "<em>Wazzup wazzup Vhong, Drew and Toni</em>".. but I failed! haaay! :( Mahirap gayahin, in fairness! But I admit, when I heard about their format, that sounded interesting for me! A news-gag show.. Hmmm.. something different from those telenovelas and star search (argh!) on primetime TV, I'm going to watch out for that. I saw their teaser and I saw Lookah interview Pia Guanio for E-pal, I told myself "<em>Naku, mas dapat ko 'to mapanood!</em>". But unfortunately, I forgot to watch the pilot episode. Shux! Too late na nung naalala ko, it was alreadypast 8 pm, in short.. TAPOS NA! :( Nakakainis! So inabangan ko na yung mga sunod na episodes.. <br /> <br />At first, I got hooked on Drew (aka "Boy Cute") kaya that's my reason ko to catch the show. He's so cute! I first saw him in his "Pare" commercial and then in his teen-oriented show. But after seeing a few more episodes, I noticed this girl na sobrang kwela and talented.. that girl happens to be Toni Gonzaga! Nakakaaliw sya.. I swear! :) The way she speaks, "<em> Ay nako </em>", nakakahawa! She never fails to make me laugh.. Good thing she has her own segment, "Toni-oke" that gave her the title <em>NEWS DIVA</em> (naka naman! iba ka toni!) And syempre, the Toni-Drew loveteam! Grabe they really look good together. Hay! Bagay na bagay! (diba mga Toni-Drew lovers?!) ;) <br /> <br />Thanks to PEX, I get updates from the show lalo na if I wasn't able to catch it. And thanks to Toni coz she mentions the threads in their show.. meaning, she reads the posts there! YEY! :) <br /> <br />Now, i realized that I have a new addiction.. MY WAZZUP WAZZUP ADDICTION!
